Last night I received this holiday, or rather, holla-daze greeting video from a friend. It was made with the most sincere and affectionate gesture, and it’s pretty damn silly and hysterical. You’ll notice the Greenpoint reference: the Astral building, Brooklyn Label, Cafe Grumpy, and the random city scapes of this neighborhood. I post it here as a reminder (to myself) that thoughtful and gratifying presents can indeed be sent without spending the money I don’t have.
