ugh…that green is awful. my gf lives across the street and that color practically invades the living room. i’m thinking that side’ll be the coffee spot.

This on Norman between Lorimer and Manhattan – a couple doors down from my house.
This space used to be a garage with really small doors. One time I watched someone back a Jeep into it and was like, ‘not gonna make it, not gonna make it, not gonna make it.’ And they made it!
Anyway, the plan for the space: A commenter on my last post about the building said that one side is going to be a coffee shop and the other, a gourment kitchen. I’m excited for both and speculate the coffee shop is going to be on the green side?
