Well, its better then last year, when they went up the weekend BEFORE Halloween.
Good point, Matt on India. The workers began decorating at Driggs and Manhattan around 7:30 in the morning.
You know those birds Miss Heather wrote about? I noticed them, then noticed the holiday-hangings wires. Are those wires permanent or taken down?
